Merdeka Night - Of My Own

Laid down on bed, after dinner at 7. "Maybe I'm gonna hop onto the treadmill around 9-ish," that's what I thought. Restart and Reset

Take a good care of yourself. I've put all junk foods, shove whatever food that's available inside me. I feel everything just .... collapsed. I've stopped running, feeling irritably, not wanting to be with the crowd anymore. Let's start all over all over again. Rest. Walk. Run. Hope to find myself again. Shall we start September Run? Where we run every day even 1 km? Just to feel good of ourselves, a pat to ourselves. That's sound exactly what I needed right now. I need to feel good.
